For
2006 we are offering the itinerary will be beautiful areas on South
India.
Our
Bullet tour is another Coco Planet Tours & Travels ‘first’,
offering a dramatic contrast to our other South Indian tours, and
a great touring option. As this is southern India, there are a few
changes to our tour set-up, but as with the rest of our programme,
there are no compromises on quality.Mr.Jepson, British National,
our tour guide, has traveled in the area for many years, and has
been running motorcycle tours since 2003. We have more ten 350cc
Bullets (so no large unwieldy tour groups!), but these come with
higher bars and improved grips for comfort, reinforced rear struts
to improve handling, chrome mirrors, crash bars, and short silencers.
Electric mosquito machines are provided throughout the tour, and
nets are provided in the main areas, the temples, the backwaters
and Cochin. As with our other Indian tours, we travel with a mechanic,
(and space for non-riding passengers), and carry bottled mineral
water. Our hotels range from the very good through to the truly
exotic, and we are sure that each one will be an enjoyable and unique
experience.

Motorcycling
in the South India and the Kerala is surely one of the best ways
to experience the region's rich cultures, people, and unequalled
scenery. At the same time, motorcycling has its dangers, especially
on narrow mountain roads with unpredictable traffic and quick-changing
weather conditions. Some of our Hill and forest tours are better
termed 'motorcycle expeditions', and should be undertaken by fit,
experienced riders with an open mind for changing road conditions
and different rules of the road. Itineraries and accommodation may
be changed due to local conditions. These tours are not suitable
for novices, we expect you to have a minimum 4000 Kilometers riding
experience. Itineraries are subject to improvement or change depending
on local conditions.
Temperatures in the southern India are subject to rapid changes,
and the climate will vary from the lower to the high elevations.
While riding we must be prepared for these changes. Expect very
hot and humid conditions on the plains, with possible showers. As
we climb into the foothills expect warm daytime temperatures and
cooler nights. Our tour dates are designed for optimum weather conditions,
however, all else would be applicable. Age restrictions 18-65, but
please check with us if you are over 65, we can be flexible.
Visa

less than three months before the required dates).
