thinking, simple meditation & prayers.Yoga course is designed for
all age groups; but those with serious health problems should take
advice of their Doctor before practicing.Yoga is a big ocean; but
we have taken only few postures and breathing exercises and meditation
techniques that will keep one fit, improve circulation and give
enough resistance to all common illness like blood pressure, diabetic
conditions, asthma, ruematic complaints, mental stress and tension
to name few.

Course consists of 25 modules, 24 weeks training
and 25th module will give lessons that are to be practiced daily
for about 20 minutes which is designed to keep one fit. Lessons
with illustration and narration will be very simple and one can
master many a posture which may look difficult, over a period of
time. The students can clear their doubts through e mail and will
receive immediate reply; ofcourse within office hours. The module
will be send by e - mail to the students; for a period of 24 week
training. An administrative expense of US$90 will be collected in
advance if you wish to get these modules. You can make the payment
by HSBC through any branch.

We are the first to
give basic yoga training on internet. The lessons are given by e
-mail attachments with lot of simple step by step illustrations
of all Basic Yoga postures and Dynamic Yoga work out(for beginner
to gain flexibility) with text material to support the course. Students
can raise their doubts and comments by e - mail and the mails will
receive prompt reply. The course is designed for all age groups.
By checking mails persons on travel can also can keep track of the
course. Although it is our wish to give the course to everyone free
of charge, you may appreciate that we have to charge you for the
administrative expense involved to keep the project working. First
module of 4 weeks will be sent free on request for subsequent lessons
total administrative expense of US$90 for 24 weeks training will
have to be paid in advance.
