Completed LL.B. from Vaikuntabaliga College of Law, Udupi, Mangalore
University, Mangalore, Karnataka State, India, which is one of the
best institution in India. The electives and course of studies
include, detailed study of Public International Law, Private
International Law, Procedural Laws: both Civil and Criminal,
Criminology, Indian Penal Code, Torts, Labour Laws, General principles
of Contract Laws, Law of Evidence etc.
EXPERIENCE:
Enrolled as an Advocate on the roll of the Bar Council of Kerala on
22nd February 1998 under the provisions of Section 17 of the Advocates
Act (Act 25 of 1961) started the practice as an Advocate in the
District Court Alappuzha under the High Court of Kerala. Attached to
M/s P.V.Sadanandan & Associates a leading firm in the state, which has
specialised in Criminal, Civil and Labour Litigation's.
The mode of work on a day to day basis includes regular appearance in
the District Court for Civil and Criminal Litigation. Appears before
the Labour Tribunals, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums, Land
Acquisition Disputes Review Boards, Motor Accident Claims Tribunals,
Vigilance and Anti Corruption Special Courts. Has acted as conciliator
for resolving dispute between companies and labour forces. Has been
appointed as Assistant Commissioner by the Hon'ble District Court on
numerous occasions in Civil and Criminal Litigations.
